The Fine Print:
Federal Election Law limits campaign contributions from individuals or partnerships to $2,100 per election ($2,100 for the primary and $2,100 for the general). Each spouse may contribute. Corporate contributions are prohibited, and contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
To make a donation, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You are a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
- You are making a contribution from your own funds, and not those of another.
- You are NOT a federal contractor.
- You at least 18 years of age.
